Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Elsiem Jewellery (trading name of Elsiem Ltd) is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Elsiem Jewellery hope that you will be nothing more than delighted with your jewellery but if you decide that it isn’t suitable or doesn’t fit your requirements then we will except returns for ‘In stock’ items within 7 days of receipt of the delivery and provide a full refund excluding original shipping costs.
Unfortunately however, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and items that have been made a bespoke size or special requirement cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. If the item arrives faulty and it is reported to me within 7 days of you receiving it, I will endevour to offer a solution of repair, depending on the extent of the fault/damage, but this would be at the discretion of Elsiem Jewellery.
The return should be in its original gift box/bag and packaged securely for shipping. The return shipping cost is your, the customers, responsibility and we can not refund the cost. You should ship it with a signature required option and keep the receipt of delivery for your records as Elsiem Jewellery can not take responsibility for the returned package until it has been signed for.
